Dear Families,
It is a very rewarding experience for us to provide healthcare services to your child and we are honored that you have chosen to trust your child’s healthcare to us. We cherish our relationship with you and hope that you find expertise and consistent quality in the services that we provide.
We are very grateful for your loyalty and understanding of the Value Added Service Plan, which was first implemented in 2005. At that time, we had to make the difficult decision to either go forward with that plan or to eliminate services, such as weekend hours or lab and x-ray. Your willingness to support us in this effort has allowed us to continue to spend quality time with you and provide the necessary testing needed to properly diagnose your child.
We want to personally know your child, not just your child’s name. By having enough time with you at your visit, we feel that we can provide you with the best care.
For your convenience, we opened AFTER HOURS KIDS in November, 2008. The clinic is available for patients who are sick but who do not require a trip to the emergency room. For patients who pay the value-added service fee by April 1st, we will waive the $50 convenience fee for one visit, per family, in 2010.
The fee will not increase this year.
This is what it will cost:*
Discounted
2010 (If paid in full by 4-1-10)
1 child $115 per year $103.50
2 children $220 per year $198.00
3+ children $250 per year $225.00
Once again, thank you for your continued support and understanding. We know the decision to pay the value-added service fee is a very personal one and we respect whatever decision you may make.
Sincerely,
The Doctors and Staff at Pediatric Associates of Austin
